A free app from Faceela · Odoo 19
Let an AI assistant into Odoo, on your terms
Our MCP Server turns your Odoo database into a Model Context Protocol server, so Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and any other assistant that speaks MCP can read it and act in it — under permissions you set, as a real Odoo user, with every call written to a log that refuses edits. The price is zero and it stays zero.
- Odoo 19
- Streamable HTTP
- OAuth 2.1 + PKCE
- Odoo API keys
- English & Arabic
What it does
The assistant reaches your server, and nowhere else
Assistants connect to a single endpoint on your own Odoo. No data is sent anywhere else, and no code is downloaded at runtime.
Nothing is exposed by default
You list the models the assistant may reach, one by one. Read, create, update and delete are granted separately on each. A model you did not list cannot be seen, described or touched.
It acts as a real user
Every call runs in the Odoo user's own environment, so the access rights, record rules and multi-company scoping you already configured apply unchanged. The connector cannot widen them.
Every call is on the record
Who called, which tool, which model, the arguments, the record ids touched, the duration and the outcome — written to a log that refuses edits and deletions, including from automation.
The surface
Eight tools, and no more
A deliberately small surface. Each one is refused unless the matching permission is granted on that model, and each refusal is recorded.

The method whitelist is per model. You write the methods you accept — for example action_confirm and action_post — and anything not on your list is refused, with the refusal recorded.
Getting it running
Connecting an assistant
It depends on base alone, so it installs on any Odoo 19 database — with or without Sales, Accounting or anything else.
- 1Install the app and open MCP Server → Exposed Models. Add the models you want reachable and tick the operations you allow.
- 2Point the assistant at the /mcp endpoint on your own Odoo.
- 3Authenticate with an Odoo API key for a self-hosted client, or with OAuth 2.1 for a hosted assistant — PKCE required, codes single-use, refresh tokens rotating.
- 4Watch the Call Log. Filter to Changed Data to see only the calls that wrote something.
The commercial part, plainly
Free, and supported
We publish it free because it is how people find out what we are like to work with. That is the whole business case, and it is better stated than hidden.
The whole app
No feature is held back, no record cap, no expiring trial and no licence key. What is described on this page is what installs.
Support is included
Write to us about a bug or a configuration question and you get a person, in English or Arabic. Bugs are fixed in the addon and published for everyone; we do not charge for a defect.
What is quoted separately
New features, your own models, an implementation, or training. Those are engagements, priced on their own. They are never a condition of the app working.
The app collects nothing. No telemetry, no licence check, no call home — it never contacts Faceela. The only network traffic it makes is the assistant reaching your own server, and every call of that is written to your own Call Log, which only you can read. The About & Support screen states this inside the app, where you can check it against the code rather than take this page's word for it.
Next step
Want it pointed at your own database?
The app installs itself. Deciding which models an assistant should reach in a live business, and who is allowed to approve that, is the part worth talking through.
