What these are, honestly

They are structured questions, asked in the order we would ask them. They are useful because most companies have never written the answers down in one place, and the act of doing that is usually where the real problem becomes visible.

They are not a diagnosis. A diagnosis involves sitting with your people, opening your data and finding the thing nobody mentioned in the first meeting. A form on a website cannot do that, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

  • No invented benchmarks. Nothing here tells you how you compare with companies we have never measured.
  • The calculators use your figures only, and print the arithmetic so you can check it.
  • Cost figures come out as ranges. A single number at this stage would be a guess with a decimal point on it.
  • Nothing is stored while you answer, and nothing is stored when you finish. The whole result is on the screen. Sending it to a consultant is a choice you make at the end, not a condition of seeing it.
