All of them. A business customer cannot be saved without one.

UAE E-Invoicing Readiness Check

Eight questions that establish which UAE e-invoicing deadline applies to you and how far your systems are from meeting it.

The dates below come from the UAE Ministry of Finance e-invoicing programme, which publishes the governing decisions itself. Check the ministry's own page for the current position rather than any consultant's summary, including this one.

The programme is voluntary from 1 July 2026. After that it is phased by revenue: businesses with annual revenue of AED 50 million or more must appoint an Accredited Service Provider by 30 October 2026 and go live on 1 January 2027. Below AED 50 million, the appointment deadline is 31 March 2027 and go-live is 1 July 2027. Government entities go live on 1 October 2027. The penalty for failing to appoint a provider or implement on time is AED 5,000 per month.

Most of the work is not compliance work. It is billing and master data work that compliance exposes.
